How to prep your snacks in 30 minutes!
I like to meal prep what I can on Sundays. If that means snacks for the week, so be it. These are my go to snack options because they are so easy to put together and have on hand. I typically make myself a veggie tray because it makes grabbing them much easier laid out this way. I usually make homemade ranch as well (yes, ranch is fine in moderation). The energy bites and boiled eggs are what take the longest only because the eggs have to boil for 20 minutes, AND the energy bite mix needs to chill for 20 minutes. That's why I choose to start them first and make my way to the veggie tray to make my 20 minutes of waiting more productive. By the time I'm done chopping, it's time to roll out the energy bites and peel the eggs. Be sure to read the extra tip for peeling eggs in my video!
