Tzatziki

A quick snack dip!


I love using Greek yogurt as a spread or a dip. So, it's no surprise that I love tzatziki. Depending on what I'm pairing with it or how I'm feeling, I will change up the spices. The best thing about tzatziki is the versatility. Obviously, it's great with pita chips and veggies, but it can be used as a spread on a sandwich or wrap as well. It's also really appealing how much you can consume for such a small amount of calories. Eat up!


Ingredients


  • 1/2 cup fat free plain Greek yogurt

  • 1/3 cucumber (peeled and chopped)

  • 2 tbsp fresh dill (chopped)

  • 1-2 tbsp olive oil

  • salt & pepper to taste

  • 1 tbsp garlic powder

  • 1-2 tbsp white vinegar

  • Optional: add cayenne pepper or paprika to taste for some spice


Preparation


Step 1

Mix all ingredients together until well combined. Serve chilled with pita chips, veggies or however you please!
