Turkey & Prosciutto Sandwich w/ Olive Spread

Make these for a tailgate!

I'm serious. This can easily be added to your tailgate. Everyone will thank you! This recipe only makes two sandwiches; however, you could easily double the ingredients and cut the sandwiches in half to make eight mini sandwiches (or triple it, etc.) for everyone to have a small bite during the football game. It's very simple, holds well in the fridge, and it's super tasty. My husband doesn't even eat olives, and he enjoyed it!

Ingredients

  • 5 green olives (chopped)

  • 5 banana peppers rings (chopped)

  • 5 marinated artichoke hearts (chopped)

  • 1 tbsp garlic (minced)

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar

  • 2 slices sourdough (toasted)

  • 6 slices turkey deli meat

  • 6 slices prosciutto

  • 2 slices provolone cheese

Directions

  1. Mix the olives through the red wine vinegar in a small bowl.

  2. Toast the bread.

  3. Evenly distribute the olive spread on both pieces of bread followed by the meats and cheese.
