Spoonful of the tropics
I love a good smoothie bowl, and this one is so fun with all the tropical flavors! While my kids didn't appreciate the taste, I enjoyed every single bite of this, and I hope you do too.
Ingredients
Smoothie Blend:
1/2 cup pineapple chunks
1/4 grapefruit (sliced)
1/4 orange (sliced)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/3 cup strawberry Greek yogurt
Topping:
1/4 cup strawberry Greek yogurt
1 tbsp coconut flakes (unsweetened)
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 slice grapefruit and/or orange
2-3 pineapple chunks
Directions
Step 1
Blend together all of the smoothie ingredients and pour into a bowl.
Step 2
Top with the extra Greek yogurt and stir until well combined (this will thicken the mixture up a bit). Top with the rest of the toppings and enjoy every single bite!
