No joke, the outcome was unintentional, but when I took my first sip, I was so very pleased with the outcome!

I used the Aldi Pineapple Greens Keto Blend as my frozen fruit because of the convenience, but you could easily make this with fresh fruits and ice. It's up to you and what you have available.
Avo-Colada Smoothie
Ingredients
2/3 cup frozen pineapple, kiwi & avocado
3/4 cup coconut water
2 scoops vanilla protein powder (I used Opportuniteas Grass Fed Whey Protein)
1 tbsp chia seeds
