Deli Meat & Goat Cheese Wrap

Simplicity is key when trying to be consistent.

There is no need to do crazy, difficult recipes for every meal of the day. It doesn't have to be complicated. Just stick to the things you know work for you and be consistent. Wraps are an easy way to keep a routine for meal planning, and they are so versatile. For this reason, I am starting a small free series of different wrap options to keep your meals simple and healthy without compromising flavor or variety. This recipe is your basic "meat and cheese" wrap; however, it's dressed up a bit with the options I chose. The deli meat is chicken, the cheese is goat cheese and the pickles are homemade quick pickled cucumbers and onions. If you plan your meals right, this can be easily prepped by having the Tuna Steak on Summer Salad the night before you have this wrap.
