Perfect for your sweet tooth craving!

I craved all the frozen treats when I was pregnant all three times... I guess that's expected when you're big pregnant in the summer! I drank tons of smoothies to keep me cool, but I never thought of this exact combination until now. I wish I'd thought of it then so I could have made some better choices, but oh well. You live and learn! Oh, and just so you know, you're kids are going to love this one!

Homemade Healthy Frosty


Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 2/3 cup almond milk

  • 1 serving chocolate protein powder (I only had unflavored at the time, and it was still delicious)

  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder

  • 1 tsp peanut butter

  • a few extra ice cubes

Directions

  1. Blend and enjoy your frozen treat!
