This is my sons' favorite recipe every year!
The first thing I ever canned was strawberry jam. Now I make it every summer, and it tends to be a gift for a few select occasions (hosting gift, teacher gift, etc). The boys absolutely love it, and somehow the 8 jars make it through the entire year. Store bought jelly and jam can be good, no doubt, but having homemade strawberry jam for a peanut butter and jelly sandwich makes for a delicious upgrade for the kids!

This is not my recipe, but I have had many ask how I make my jam. So I decided to link it below for those willing to give it a shot. I do recommend reading into the process of canning itself before attempting this (if you never have). I videoed the day of us picking the strawberries and all the fun we had at the farm and after getting home on a sunny Georgia day. I made the jam that evening, but I was not able to video the recipe itself. I hope you enjoy the video anyway!
