Family Pizza Night

Sometimes you have to indulge!


We love pizza in this house, and we love it even more when we can have our own! The boys really enjoyed making their own pizzas with this Aldi Mini Pizza Crust Kit. It was super convenient to have the sauce already in small individual pouches for the boys to have their own.


We kept it simple for the boys with shredded mozzarella and pepperoni. For me, I used these Fresh Mozzarella Salad Pearls and fresh basil from the garden. Sometimes, a simple pizza is all you need to make the family happy, but that doesn't mean you have to go completely overboard with your ingredients.



Ingredients


The boys' pizza

  • 1 thin crust each

  • 1 pouch of sauce each

  • about 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella each

  • 3-5 slices of pepperoni each

Calories: 490 Carbs: 51g Fat: 24g Protein: 23g


My pizza

  • 1 thin crust

  • 1 pouch of sauce

  • 1 snack pouch fresh mozzarella (3 small balls)

  • Fresh basil to taste

Calories: 360 Carbs: 48g Fat: 13g Protein: 12g


Directions

  1. Follow instructions on pizza kit for heat and time.

  2. Layer up your pizza with your ingredients, bake & enjoy!
