Slow Cooker Pork Loin

A real crowd pleaser!

I was working off of a different recipe when I made this, and it turned out beautifully. Everyone really enjoyed it, and the leftovers were just as good as when it was fresh. I just paired it with some collard greens and potatoes.


Ingredients

  • 2.5 lb pork loin

  • 1/3 cup ranch seasoning

  • 5-7 pepperoncini peppers (plus a splash of the juice)


Directions

  1. Place all of the ingredients in the slow cooker and cook on low for roughly 4 hours (check for temperature to be between 145 and 160 degrees)
