The food that keeps on giving!
We had boiled cabbage and scalloped potatoes with ours, and it was delicious! You can easily make this on a Sunday for the family and have the leftover meat on top of a salad or in a wrap, etc. for the next couple of days. The meat is so good like this.
Ingredients
3-4 lb pork loin
1/3 cup bbq sauce
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp liquid aminos
1 tbsp ground ginger
Directions
Step 1
Place the pork loin in a slow cooker and set to cook on low for 5-7 hours.
Step 2
Mix sauce ingredients and drizzle on top of meat.
Step 3
Once fully cooked (145 degrees), take the meat out and shred. Put the meat back in the cooker with all of the juices. Serve when ready!
