Simple Sushi Bowl

If you like California Rolls, you're in luck!

I'm not extremely adventurous when it comes to sushi. Mostly because I prefer my fish cooked. I know. Lame. However, I know most people enjoy a good California Roll, which is why I decided to try out this sushi bowl. I mixed it up with the sauce and seasoning though. I hope you enjoy it!


Ingredients

  • 2 cups steamed rice

  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar

  • 1/2 cup diced imitation crab meat (or salmon)

  • 1 mini avocado (diced)

  • 1 mini cucumber (diced)

  • green onion to taste (chopped)

  • everything bagel seasoning to taste

  • 2 tbsp sauce (I used this Sriracha Aioli Sauce)

Directions

  1. Steam rice and separate in two bowls.

  2. Evenly distribute the ingredients into the bowls and top with sauce!
