Sheet Pan Pancakes

Pancakes just got easier.

My kids love having breakfast for dinner. I mean, if I'm being honest, I enjoy it quite a bit too. This makes pancakes a breeze, and the boys thought it was fun having the pancakes in squares instead of circles. You can easily change this up with different fruits, nuts, etc. My kids just like blueberries the best, which is why I chose it for this recipe. I always use the protein pancakes mix and add milk and egg to it for extra protein. If I'm going to splurge with the boys, I'm going to make it more worth my while by adding all the protein I can!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Kodiak Power Cakes Mix

  • 3/4-1 cup whole milk

  • 1 egg

  • 1/3 cup blueberries

Directions

Step 1

Mix the milk, egg and pancake mix in a mixer or whisk together in a bowl. Once all combined, pour the mixture onto a small-medium baking sheet (lined with tine foil and sprayed with cooking spray).

Step 2

Sprinkle the blueberries evenly throughout the pancake mixture.

Step 3

Bake at 375 degrees for 10-15 minutes (watch for doneness in the middle: no longer wet).
