The easiest dinner!
The simplest of dinners. Just set it and walk away to do whatever you need to do. All you have to do is come back midway to give everything a toss!
Ingredients
1 lb brussel sprouts (cut in halves)
2 sweet potatoes (cubed)
3 chicken thighs
3 tbsp olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Step 1
On a greased baking sheet, lay out the brussel sprouts, sweet potatoes and chicken thighs (keeping them all in separate sections).
Step 2
Drizzle the olive oil all over the sweet potatoes and brussel sprouts. Sprinkle the salt and pepper all over the entire sheet pan.
Step 3
Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Flip the chicken thighs and toss the sweet potatoes and brussel sprouts. Bake for an additional 20 minutes.
