Salmon Bites

This can be a party appetizer or dinner!

If you are hosting a party and want to serve multiple courses, I highly advise this simple appetizer and dip. It's the easiest to prep, and it will definitely impress. I would have tooth picks available for others to grab bites and dip. The dip is absolutely delicious and really refreshing with the salmon. I hope you give it a try at your next party or even a dinner for four.

Ingredients

  • 1-1.5 oz fresh salmon

  • 1-2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tbsp paprika

  • 1 tbsp garlic powder

  • 1 tbsp cumin

  • 1 tbsp thyme

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp black pepper

  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt

  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

  • 1tbsp garlic powder

  • 1 tbsp onion powder

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp black pepper

  • 1 tbsp dill

Directions

Step 1

Drizzle the olive oil all over the salmon and sprinkle the seasoning evenly all over the salmon. Cut each filet of salmon in bite size chunks (but not through the skin). Cook in the air fryer at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes.

Step 2

Meanwhile, mix together the Greek yogurt through the dill for the dip.
