Quick Greek Lunch Wrap

Now, this is where it's at when it comes to flavor!

You must like hummus if you want to try this wrap. If you do like hummus, this wrap is so flavorful, I could eat it every week without getting tired of it. You can easily make this with leftover chicken inside or keep it as is (vegetarian). Making this the night before for your work lunch is easy enough, but if you're just looking for super easy wrap to whip together at home, this will certainly make your mouth water. Enjoy!


Quick Greek Lunch Wrap


Ingredients

  • 1 low carb wrap

  • 2 tbsp hummus

  • 1/3 red bell pepper (chopped)

  • 6-7 Kalamata olives

  • 3-4 banana pepper rings

  • 1oz feta cheese crumbles

Directions

  1. Make wrap the day of or the night before and store in the fridge.

  2. Use cling wrap to make keep wrap in tact in the fridge.
