A quick and easy dinner.
I keep a freezer stocked with certain frozen meats like seafood, ground beef and ground pork. To have meat on hand is really convenient for nights that I have leftover vegetables that need to be cooked. This night, I had half of a bag of brussels, and I thought "why not?". I almost always video my dinners that are me just winging it. Just in case it ends up being spectacular. This was one of those times. Enjoy!
Ingredients
1 lb ground pork
1.2 lb brussels sprouts (cut into halves)
salt & pepper to taste
1/2 tbsp chili powder
1/2 tbsp paprika
1/2 tbsp cayenne pepper
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
3 eggs
