To say that we like muffins in this house is an understatement. Every week I make something new, and every week they get eaten up immediately. This combination was just so satisfying, I had to share it with you. It's your favorite peanut butter and banana sandwich from childhood made into a muffin!
Ingredients
1 banana
1/3 cup peanut butter
1 egg
1/2 tsp baking powder
3/4 cup oats
Directions
Mash the banana and mix with the peanut butter and egg.
Add in the oats and baking powder.
Spray a muffin pan with cooking spray and bake 4 muffins at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
