Peanut Butter Banana Muffins

These were gone instantly...

To say that we like muffins in this house is an understatement. Every week I make something new, and every week they get eaten up immediately. This combination was just so satisfying, I had to share it with you. It's your favorite peanut butter and banana sandwich from childhood made into a muffin!


Ingredients

  • 1 banana

  • 1/3 cup peanut butter

  • 1 egg

  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

  • 3/4 cup oats

Directions

  1. Mash the banana and mix with the peanut butter and egg.

  2. Add in the oats and baking powder.

  3. Spray a muffin pan with cooking spray and bake 4 muffins at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
