Make this for the family on the weekend!
This was perfect for a Saturday morning with the family. Everyone enjoyed it, it was light, and it tasted kind of like a dessert. It was a nice way to mix up our normal eggs and bacon weekend routine.
Ingredients
1 cup oatmeal
1 cup almond milk
cinnamon to taste
2 fresh peaches (sliced or chopped)
Directions
Mix all ingredients together in a small lasagna dish.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes.
