Peachy Oatmeal Bake

Make this for the family on the weekend!

This was perfect for a Saturday morning with the family. Everyone enjoyed it, it was light, and it tasted kind of like a dessert. It was a nice way to mix up our normal eggs and bacon weekend routine.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup oatmeal

  • 1 cup almond milk

  • cinnamon to taste

  • 2 fresh peaches (sliced or chopped)

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a small lasagna dish.

  2. Bake at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes.

(Makes 3 servings)
