Mango Sorbet

A delicious and simple treat!

If you're looking for a more natural dessert option, this is it (especially in this heat)! It is best to use a food processor for this recipe; however, I used my blender, and it worked just fine. Right after you make it, the sorbet will be the best consistency, but you can definitely put it in the freezer to save for later too. If you do freeze it, be sure to let it sit out for a little bit (to soften) before attempting to serve it. My kids really enjoyed this one. Don't let little Abe's face in the video fool you. He was reacting to the cold, not the taste! After that, he was opening his mouth wide for more bites.
