Perfect appetizer for a group!
I made this for me and the boys, and it was a definite hit! It almost tastes like a dessert because of the mango. I just had my kitchen scissor on hand for cutting up everything that went on the pizza. Simple and delicious!
Ingredients
2 naan breads
2 tbsp olive oil
3-4 tbsp balsamic vinegar
9 fresh mozzarella pearls
2 cloves garlic (thinly sliced)
Fresh basil to taste
1 mango (peeled and chopped)
Directions
Step 1
Drizzle the olive oil evenly onto each naan bread. Spread the oil all over with a brush. Do the same with the balsamic vinegar.
Step 2
Cut up the mozzarella pearls or leave as is and spread evenly onto each naan bread. Spread the garlic and basil evenly all over both naan breads.
Step 3
Lastly, distribute the mango pieces evenly onto both naan breads. Bake at 400 degrees until cheese has melted (2-3 minutes).
