Low Carb Fiesta Wrap

Easy assemble and very tasty!

When you are home and want to whip up a quick lunch so that you can get some things done, this is a great option. I was able to make this wrap and enjoy it before cleaning the house. If you don't have anyone to share the avocado with, I suggest drizzling the unused half with lime juice and storing in an airtight container in the fridge. Or you can go ahead and mix up some Tuna & Avocado Salad for the next day's lunch!
