We've all had it, and we all love it. It's a staple during football season. We all know how easy it is to wrack up the calories with this dip. So, I decided to give us all an alternative with this lighter version of buffalo chicken dip. I served mine with the option of celery sticks or tortilla chips. I hope you give it a try!
Ingredients
1 lb shredded rotisserie chicken
1/2 cup (or 1 cup if you prefer) hot sauce
1 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese
1.5 cups low fat shredded cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven 350 degrees
Step 2
Mix all ingredients (except 1/2 cup of shredded cheese) together in a bowl
Step 3
Pour mix in a small lasagna dish and sprinkle the leftover shredded cheese all over the top. Bake for 25 minutes.
