Jingle Balls

A yummy swap for the traditional Christmas cookies.

You can be as creative with these as you like. My intensions for these energy bites is to swap out the typical Christmas cookies for Santa with this Jingle Balls recipe! If you have Christmas sprinkles, use them. If you'd like to make these for another holiday, use the most appropriate sprinkles for it. Get creative and have fun with it!


Ingredients

  • 2 bananas (mashed)

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter

  • 2 tbsp flax seeds

  • 2 cups oatmeal

  • cinnamon to taste sprinkles of choice for rolling (~14 tsp)

Directions


Step 1

Mix all ingredients (minus the sprinkles) together in a bowl.


Step 2

Allow the mixture to chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes.


Step 3

Spoon out 14 balls onto a clean surface and round each ball with your hands.


Step 4

Roll each ball in sprinkles of your choice. This is where you can get creative! Store in the fridge.
