Italian Turkey Wrap Bites

Snack size or a part of your lunch!

This is a simple wrap that you can make ahead as a lunch or as a snack. If you have the entire wrap for lunch, I suggest pairing it with about half a cup of blueberries or another fruit you enjoy. If you intend to cut it up into bite size pieces like I did, I suggest pairing half of the wrap (3 bites) with a handful of berries as well. This way, it will satisfy you for longer. If you feel like you need more as a lunch, feel free to increase the amount of deli slices and/or the amount of fruit on the side. I loved the combination of flavors for this wrap. Personally, I paired the entire wrap with a small kale and cabbage salad with a homemade vinaigrette. I was full up until dinner, which was perfect.

Ingredients

  • 1 low carb spinach and herb tortilla shell

  • 1oz garlic and herb goat cheese

  • 1/4 cup sundried tomatoes

  • 5 slices of turkey deli meat

Directions

Step 1

Assemble your wrap and wrap tightly in cling wrap. Leave in the fridge for at least 15 minutes before slicing into bite size pieces.

This can be a part of your lunch, or you can have half of the wrap as a part of a snack. Either way, I suggest pairing with some fruit like a handful of blueberries.
