Girly Game Day Food: Hummus Toast

Simple, satisfying and shareable.

You can serve this up in bite sizes by simply cutting the toast in fourths. I used regular whole wheat sandwich bread, but you can jazz it up by using another style bread. Another good topping option would be tomato slices and/or chopped olives!


Ingredients

  • 1 slice of whole wheat toast

  • 2 tbsp plain hummus

  • 4 slices of cucumber

  • 1 tbsp feta cheese

  • 1 tbsp capers


Preparation


Step 1

Toast your bread, spread the hummus and top with cucumbers, cheese and capers! You can eat this all on your own as a snack, or you can make multiples of these and cut them up into bite sizes (fourths).
