From party dip to sandwich spread!
If you've never used hummus on a sandwich or in a wrap, you are really missing out on something delicious! Obviously, we know to use hummus as a dip with either veggies or pita chips, and that is always a crowd pleaser. Whatever is going to work best for your group, make it happen!
Ingredients
1 can of garbanzo beans (drained; reserve 1/4 cup of juice)
1-2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp olive oil
1-2 tbsp everything bagel seasoning
Directions
Step 1
Blend all ingredients with the 1/4 cup reserved canned juice in a blender until well combined and smooth. You may have to stop and push down the mixture from the sides of the blender in order to get it all blended.
