One of the best combinations of food this fall!
You don't even have to add anything to this; however, it can be used as a side dish. Either way, it's a delicious meal, and the combination is super tasty. You could easily use this as a dish for the holidays this year. I hope you enjoy!
Ingredients
1 lb brussels sprouts (halved)
12oz bacon
1 acorn squash (peeled and cubed)
1 white onion (thinly sliced)
1/4 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup pecans (chopped)
2 tbsp olive oil
salt, pepper & rosemary to taste
Directions
Step 1
Cook the bacon in a skillet until mostly cooked and then set aside on paper towels.
Step 2
Spread the rest of the ingredients, including the bacon (cut into chunks) on to a baking sheet and toss until the all is coated with the oil and seasoning.
Step 3
Bake at 375 degrees for roughly 15 minutes.
