Fall Sheet Pan Veggies with Bacon

One of the best combinations of food this fall!

You don't even have to add anything to this; however, it can be used as a side dish. Either way, it's a delicious meal, and the combination is super tasty. You could easily use this as a dish for the holidays this year. I hope you enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb brussels sprouts (halved)

  • 12oz bacon

  • 1 acorn squash (peeled and cubed)

  • 1 white onion (thinly sliced)

  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries

  • 1/4 cup pecans (chopped)

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • salt, pepper & rosemary to taste

Directions

Step 2

Step 3
