For the Thanksgiving leftovers!
Do you know what the secret ingredient is to a perfect cranberry turkey sandwich is?
This is the best way to use up your leftover Thanksgiving turkey and cranberry sauce. By adding the fresh lettuce and the secret ingredient, wait for it... GOAT CHEESE SPREAD, it mixes things up just enough to make it new again! I think plain goat cheese or even a honey goat cheese would be perfect; however, I had garlic and herb (my favorite), and it was delicious paired together.

Ingredients
1 slice artisan bread (cut in half)
4 slices turkey deli meat (or leftover turkey from Thanksgiving)
1oz garlic and herb goat cheese
2-3 tbsp cranberry sauce (see how I made mine here)
1/2-1 cup fresh spring lettuce mix

Assemble your sandwich and enjoy!
