A perfect mid-day snack!
I love having energy bites ready to go in the fridge for me and the boys, and this specific blend is our favorite. Having these already made makes it so simple for afternoon snacking or a quick breakfast on the go. If your kids are like mine, they start begging for food at 4pm every single night. I'm not sure if it's because they are 4 years and under or because they are boys, but they eat nonstop. Being able to just hand them one or two of these makes for a nutritious treat that actually satisfies them. You can't beat that!

Chocolate PBM Energy Bites
Ingredients
1 cup oats
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup maple syrup
1 tbsp flax seeds
1-2 tbsp cocoa powder
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
Sit in fridge for 20 minutes.
Roll out 11 balls.
Store in airtight container in the fridge all week as you grab and go!
