Mouth-watering...
This would be perfect for a party dip, but you can also use this to top your chicken and make it more festive. You can always take the tomatoes off of the vine and put them directly on top of the cheese instead of cooking separately. I just wanted the tomatoes to burst and create a juice in the salt and pepper before drizzling on top. I can honestly say that this was a fantastic treat with some toast. Your guests will be pleased.
Ingredients
8oz brie cheese
1lb small sweet tomatoes
2 tbsp olive oil
salt & pepper to taste
Directions
Step 1
Cut off top layer of brie and place in an oven safe dish. Drizzle with 1 tbsp olive oil.
Step 2
Place tomatoes in an oven safe dish (or on top of the brie), drizzle with 1 tbsp olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Bake both at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Serve with bread slices, crackers or top your chicken with this delicious combo!
