A great alternative dip
If you enjoy guacamole, you're going to like this twist! The feta and green onions are a great combination to change things up with your avocado. I used a bag of frozen avocado cubes, but you can always use fresh.
Ingredients
1 green bell pepper (chopped)
1 cup avocado cubes
3 stems of green onions (sliced)
2oz feta cheese
salt & pepper to taste
4 tbsp lime juice
Directions
Step 1
Mix all ingredients together until well combined. Serve chilled with tortilla chips or pita chips.
