Fast and filling.
I used this as a post workout meal, which was perfect. It is filling, very flavorful and full of nutrients. I used pecans and cranberries because it's fall; however, you can switch to any other nuts/seeds and/or fruits. I think pepitas and raspberries would be a good combination to try too!
Ingredients
1/2 cup oatmeal
1 cup 2% fat milk
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp peanut butter
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 tbsp pecans (chopped)
1 tbsp dried cranberries
Directions
Step 1
Cook the oatmeal with the milk according to the instructions on the packaging.
Step 2
Top with the rest of the ingredients and mix to fully combine.
