Apple Coleslaw

The perfect side dish as we transition from summer to fall.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups coleslaw

  • 1 red onion (chopped)

  • 1 granny smith apple (chopped)

  • 1 celery stick (chopped)

  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

  • salt & pepper to taste

  • 2 tbsp mayo

  • 1 tbsp horseradish

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together and chill before serving
