Apple Cider Sangria

The perfect holiday drink to make and sip with friends and family!

You'll have to watch my single serve version of this drink by clicking the post below (it's from my Instagram account). Note: the single serve is stronger than the pitcher version. For the big batch, follow the instructions under here. This was so delicious, I decided to make it for Thanksgiving, and I plan to make it for Christmas too! Be prepared to make this and sip by a fire during this cold weather we're having here in Georgia.

Keep in mind, there is absolutely no nutritional value when it comes to alcohol. However, I realize that it is unrealistic to ask clients to stay away from alcohol 100% of the time, if it's something they enjoy. All I recommend is to be conscious of decisions when drinking. Be aware of the amount of calories in each drink. This drink is 175 calories per serving, which isn't all that bad considering there's 5 servings in this pitcher. Just keep this in mind over the holidays when consuming a little more calories than normal. Is the slice of pie worth it or the extra mac & cheese? Is the extra glass of wine necessary? Most likely, we will all give in to the extra calories, and that is completely fine. Like I always say to my clients and members: one day will not define your success.
