A Berry Chia Smoothie

Enjoy as a midday snack on a hot day!


If I'm being honest, it was difficult for me to not drink this all in one sip. You can tell by the way my glass looks in the selfie picture below here. I loved this so much I recommended it to one of my group fitness veterans, and she immediately thanked me after trying it. This is a straight up winner right here. Oh, and if you watch the video, you will even here my three year old ask for some at the end.


Ingredients

2/3 cup almond milk

2/3 cup frozen mixed berries (I have raspberries and strawberries)

1 tbsp peanut butter

1 tbsp maple syrup

1 tbsp chia seeds


Directions

Blend and enjoy!
